The Irish Rallycross Championship is a sport that offers door to door racing across mixed surfaces in four lap races. The Championship caters for all budgets and all age groups from 14 upwards both male and female. It is one of they most exciting forms of motorsport, with grid racing and the joker lap just to make thing interesting.

It is a Motorsport Ireland Championship that requires a racing licence which is very quick and easy to obtain and we are always looking to encourage new drivers in to our sport.

The Championship runs on 2 different circuits, Mondello Park and Pallas Karting, Tynagh Co.Galway, between February and November.

Colin Dowling, his team and the Rallycross management crew deserve a collective pat on the back. What they have done with Irish Rallycross in the last 18 months is little more than unbelievable. Entries were so low that meetings had to be cancelled, there were little or no spectators at events, and it seemed the discipline was in danger.
